Work Experience, min 12 years:
Must have knowledge or equivalent current experience (3 to 5 years) of industry standards and BISCI-Inside Plant Registered Communications Distribution Designers (RCDD)
Experienced (3 to 5 years) in leading program reviews with customer, discuss cost, schedules, and technical performance
Must have current experience (3 to 5 years) coordinating, installing, operating and maintaining cables installations within TRs
Certifications:
Inside Plant Registered Communications Distribution Designers (RCDD)
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering or Equivalent Work Experience (at least 12 years)
Demonstrated Skills:
Ability to analyze requirements; plan and develop technical solutions and frameworks; develop test and implementation plans, analyze and evaluate networks
Demonstrated knowledge of maintaining TRs and related inside cable plant
Demonstrated ability for oral and written communications with the highest level of management
Capable of learning inside plant permit process required for cable installs in tenant traveled areas in the Pentagon Must have knowledge of inside plant cabling installation procedures and decommissioning procedures
Clearance:
Active or current Secret clearance, SCI eligible, adjudicated through DoD Central Adjudicative Facility (CAF).
