Work Experience, min 12 years:
10+ years primary role as project manager, with demonstrated performance for projects similar in size and scope to the Contractor’s proposal in terms of cost and complexity.
5+ years DoD environments, providing support for IT projects
Certifications:
Project Management Institute Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent (e.g., DAU’s level III certification for Program Management (PM) or a PM certificate from an accredited university).
IAT Level II in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M http://iase.disa.mil/iawip/Pages/iabaseline.aspx
Six Sigma certification desirable
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering or Equivalent; IT related field preferred; Master’s degree preferred;
Demonstrated Skills:
Written and oral communication, leadership, attention to detail; organizational, analytical, multi-tasking, problem solving abilities.
Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and with scope and complexity similar to this requirement.
Experience as primary Program Manager on large scale, technically network modernization projects with scope and complexity similar to this requirement.
Demonstrated experience working in and leading project teams, showing management of team capacity, deliverables, budget, and resources.
Clearance:
Active or current Secret clearance.
