Computer Security System Specialist – Level III
Experience, min 12 years:
5+ years primary role performing support for IP, VoIP, PBX, voice mail, voice networks, and video systems10 years information assurance support roles including risk management, network security auditing and network configuration compliance
2+ years primary role performing configuration, implementation, and maintenance of voice, data, and/or network communications systems.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or Equivalent
Demonstrated skills:
Demonstrate knowledge and experience in configuration, implementation, and maintenance of voice, data, and/or network communications systems
Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner
Demonstrate good working knowledge of telecommunications industry as well as voice system design and engineering
Demonstrate ability to understand and apply technical concepts and ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
Demonstrate knowledge and experience of basic understanding of infrastructure wiring/connectivity
Knowledge in design and software support for IP, VoIP, PBX, voice mail, voice networks, and video systems.
Clearance:
Active or current Secret clearance, adjudicated through DoD Central Adjudicative Facility (CAF)
